Building a gaming pc price at around $1200

Hi I am new to building computer and my cousin suggested me to ask the experts in tom's hardware forum for suggestions.
I am planning to build a gaming desktop at the price of $1200 (tax included)
I have included the parts that i am thinking of getting.

Approximate Purchase Date: Early September 2012

Budget Range: $1200(after tax [12%])

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming will be first priority
