Computer wont load and beep when 4 or more usb plugged in

My computer is not loading past the part where you have the option to load into the bios, I used to have a keyboard,mouse,mic and a sd card reader plugged in but now it only works when 3 usb products are plugged in. Can anybody help me?

What kind of computer?

Are you saying the operating system will load fine when you have 3 USB devices plugged in, but when you plug in the 4th it no longer loads?
