Case: inwin mana
RAM: G.Skill DDR3 1866Mhz 16GB 2x8GB

Yea, I have a couple.

For gaming, an i7 is completely unnecessary. No game on the market uses HyperThreading (Which is what the i7 has the i5 doesn't) and likely no game ever will.

Also, your desire to run an Sli configuration is somewhat counterproductive. You'd be better off with a single stronger card rather than 2 weaker cards. Consider something like a GTX 570 or AMD 7870 or 7850 in that budget range. You'll be better off.

RAM- 8GB of RAM is plenty. Also, I wouldnt buy anything faster than 1600mhz. Thats also a waste. With the money you save from the cheaper RAM and getting an i5, you'd might even be able to get a GTX 670. Thats going to make the computer game even better.
