Radeon 6750 with Athlon Dual Core Processor 4450e

As the title says, I've just bought a Radeon 6750, and I will in the near future be replacing my current CPU, which is the Athlon Dual Core Processor 4450e, with the Phenom II x4 965.

I was just wondering, with my current processor, would my CPU even be compatible with the new video card? I know it'll probably be bottlenecking it, at least, but would it at least be somewhat functional?

As long as your motherboard supports PCI express it will work.

It will be bottlenecked like you say, but it will function.
