Dual Display Question

Since I'm home for the summer I'm able to use an old monitor (still a flatscreen) and use it as a second monitor. I have a Evga 670 and I was curious if there is a way for me to be able to have say Diablo 3 on my main monitor and just be able to pull my mouse over the second one and have like a chrome window open. As it stands right now. The mouse is locked in diablo. Thanks

That is strange it should just pull across.

If you are in full screen mode it will tend to lock the mouse to that screen. If you enter a menu or alt tab over to chrome it should work just fine. If it is minimizing when you alt tab try windowed mode and see if that works.
