Cinebench question

I recently bought another Nvidia 550ti 1557 GPU to run in SLI. Whe I ran Cinebench to see how it performed, it only recognised 3 cores out of 6 from the CPU. Before it would recognise all 6.

Anyone know what would cause this?

its probaly reading the ammount of modules over the ammount of cores, thats all

i would think like nna2, the cpu doesnt physically have 6 actual cores, its more like 3 main cores that have 2 special cores in them, its like amds version of hyper threading in a sense.

well, it sort of does... there design is supposed to act like that, but it dosent work out that way

Why did it used to read 6 cores, 12 threads?

now i just googled it, it seems to be a common problem with cinebench
