Upgrade advice

so i go my pc yay it was prebuilt but was fairly cheap considering the price so my birthday is on the 10th of november if fairly young and when my birthday comes around i usually get money so i was wandering what upgrades i should do to my current system which is:
msi 770-c45 motherboard
Amd phenom 955 Black edition
old kingston ram 8gb but at 667 mhz
HIS Radeon 5770
500gb hard drive
and old 500w power supply (i know its against pc law but i was short of money)
an old chieftec case

im hoping to get around £100 on my birthday and would like some upgrade advice on what i should change/leave as is i prefer amazon but im not against trying another site that has had good reviews and such
Thanks in advance

More about upgrade advice
  1. Id upgrade the graphics card either this one or this one
  2. there are few things that would be a good idea.

first one would be to get an newer PSU and motherboard
    AsRock 970 Extreme3 £63.99
    Corsair Builder Series CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430W £35.32
btw that PSU will handle close to any CPU and GPU needing only one 6 pin power connection (and a few requiring two 6 pins with an adapter)
or you can throw caution to the wind and spend it all on a GPU upgrade
MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB £94.52
