Will this bottleneck?

Sorry if its the wrong section but i didn't know where to post this

would the amd phenom II X4 965 black edition @ 3.4ghz bottleneck an amd radeon hd 7850 OC?

also should i stick with 4gb or upgrade to 8gb ram?

and just one more question - im going to be upgrading to this from my old computer and i was wondering will there be any complications because my current card is a gts 450 nvidia and the new one is going be a radeon for example will i have to uninstall the nvidia drivers?

And the rest: Will it ... for what?
I don't think the processor will be a problem for most games for example.
What's about the RAM - what resident programs or programs started in the background you'll have? What are the HW requirements of the games you want to play? Just follow them. My opinion - 8 GB RAM is cheap and a good thing all the way.
