Will a COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 fit this case

I need to buy a good heatsink that is better than the crappy stock cooler and I want to buy the cooler master hyper 212 since it fits my budget restrictions. I am concerned however if it may not fit my case or press on my RAM. Can anyone help me figure out whether it will fit or not? if it doesn't then what other heatsink can I buy to replace the crappy intel stock heatsink keeping in mind that I can budget restrictions?

It's 7.5in wide, and the CM Hyper 212 is about 6.24in high, so you'll have about 1.26in of clearance.

well actually i just realized that my 200mm fan on the side panel takes about 1.5in of space from the inside of the case so unfortunately I might have to remove it to fit the heatsink thanks for the info though obsama1.
