Is this just for gaming? What is the budget? What is the monitor res?

The FX-8150 is the bottleneck. Get the i5-2500K or i5-2570K. It will have a big performance increase.

Get 2 670's in SLI instead.

The OCZ Agility 3 isn't as good as Crucial or Samsung drives.

Get the Noctua D14 for cooling. Cheaper, and cooler.

Get 8GB of RAM, if the person will be just gaming.
