Case cooling help

i have a mATX case.the facilities for placing fans are 1x120mm rear ,2x90mm side,1x120mm front so where i should fit the fans as which purpose ?i have a 9500gt and a pentium d processor

Well are you asking where to place the fans?
I would say something like this:

120mm rear: Should be exhaust fan
120mm front: Should be intake
2x90mm side: Should be intake

At the least have the front and rear fan, but the side fans will help cool the video card/motherboard.
