Is there a scam regarding an Intel graphics card up date for HP computer

Not that I'm aware of. If you know the model number of your computer, you could look up the spec and see if it has an Intel processor. Intel graphics will be called GMA4500, HD2000, HD3000, something like that. You could screenshot the message (print screen button on your keyboard, load Paint, edit menu > paste, then save the file) and post the image on here if you want us to take a look?
