3770k Windows Experience Index

So I just scored 7.9 with my 3770k. I have not overclocked it at all and im using a stock heat sink. I could have swore these are supposed to be 7.7 out of box and I also thought its supposed to be almost impossible to hit 7.9. Considering my hex core 12 thread 3930k only hit 7.8 stock, I am greatly confused why my 3770k hit 7.9.

Oh ***, I just realized that windows 8 is on a 9.9 scale (7.9 3770k) and my 7.8 is windows 7

thats because your 3930 is at 3.2 ghz while the 3770 is at 3.5 ghz
