Help upgrading my computer

Please help. i'm trying to upgrade my computer to play games like skyrim but i'm not sure what components are compatible with my computer or what to do. i wanted to upgrade my graphics card to radeon hd 6670 and my power supply to a 450 watt. any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

I think more of an overhaul may bee needed. Not sure your dual core CPU will cut it any more, and a 6670 isn't a great card...
