Solution
The Sabertooth isn't worth the premiums that are advertised. The extra case fans aren't needed until you get your build up and running. The OCZ Agility isn't a good SSD choice.

I think I would drop that whole build and go with something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($224.99 @ Canada Computers)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($34.98 @ NCIX)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($139.99 @ Canada Computers)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($44.49 @ Newegg...
1: either get the hyper 212 evo cooler or the coolit eco. here is the coolit eco. they perform more or less about the same

http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=50327&vpn=ECO-R120&manufacture=CoolIT%20Systems&promoid=1382

2: get a gigabyte z77x-ud3h and a i5 3570k combo. free wifi card as well and 190 ncix points

http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=71249&vpn=BX80637I53570K%26Z77X-UD3H&manufacture=Bundle%20Deals&promoid=1145

3: get a better power supply like this one. its not in stock right now

http://ncix.com/products/?sku=65319

4: get this SSD instead. performs much much better and is more reliable

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=74132&vpn=MZ-7PC128B%2FWW&manufacture=Samsung%20Memory%20%26%20Storage&promoid=1145

personally id never get a windowed case since it doesnt look too well but its your build so yeah

Thanks for the feedback :D
Some question : What can i do with ncix point?
PC Power & Cooling power supply are reliable? I didn't even know they exist.
Will i be better with 8 or 16 gb of ram. Since i don't need windows,i may as well put this cash to good use.

you can redeem stuff with the ncix points once you get enough. to get more, you can sign up for their newsletter, make product reviews for the stuff that you bought, or sometimes get free shipping

pc power and cooling is a pretty old brand. very reliable

just save the cash. nothing much that you can do for a upgrade. possibly, you could get mushkin chronos deluxe 240gb instead of the samsung 830 128gb if you need more SSD storage. the chronos deluxe is not in stock for the moment and the 256gb version of the samsung 830 isnt quite worth it

you could get 2 128gb SSDs but totally not necessary

PC Power & Cooling has been around since the very beginning - they are one of the far more reputable PSU vendors around. I have the 950W model of that same PSU and it's a very excellent, well built supply.

You don't need 16GB of RAM. If you don't need Windows - I'd suggest adding a flash card reader like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820176021

Maybe a couple of extra case fans or whatever else you need.

You could also upgrade the SSD to a 256GB if you want to.
