Cpu over heating

i am facing a problem of CPU over heating is there any way to solve it pls help me.

Need more info.
What cpu cooler are you using? Is it a new install or has it been running for a while? If it's a new install, did you put on too much thermal paste, which many people seem to do? Too much will be a detriment to cooling. Just a pea size is all you need.
