3dmark11 score (gigabyte gtx 680 windforce 3x)

hey i had some problems with freezing and then i just wanted to try to run 3dmark11 again to see if it still freezes, but no i run the performance test 2 times and i didn't freeze
so here you got my score but i think my score for my graphic is very low= http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3661697
i have set the graphic to maximum performance in nvidia control panel
Motherboard: Asus P8z77-V
Processor: Intel core i5 3570k
Memory: Kingston hyper x genesis 1600 mhz ram (http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/K...D3X2K2_8GX.pdf)
Video: Gigabyte gtx 680 windforce 3x
HDD: Intel 520 240gb
PSU: Corsair AX 750
Case: Corsair Carbide 500r
Monitor: Asus Ve24H
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
another things my ram they have been set to the right spec in bios with intel xmp but they don't show up in 3dmark 11 specs as they are configured in bios:
