Hi, this is my first post on Tomshardware, I apologize for my noobness. I am going to be building a budget/mid-range system soon and was a little curious about the components.
Approximate Purchase Date:This month probably
Budget Range: under 650 $
System Usage from Most to Least Important:Gaming, surfing the internet, photoshop, movies
Country: Romania
SLI,Crossfire:not really
Overclocking: Yes

This is what I consider getting:

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 960T - 132 $
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L AMD3+ - 65 $
Video Card : Sapphire HD 6850 - 177 $ (is the 6870 better ?)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB - 105 $
RAM : Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4x2 GB - 67 $
Power Source : Corsair CMPSU-500CXV2 - 72 $
Case: CoolerMaster HAF 912 Plus - 97 $
TOTAL - 715 $

So as you can see it's a bit over my budget. You know what you need to do.
Thanks.

Well since I can't buy from newegg I have to buy them from local shops. It turns out to be quite expensive. The video card was 250 $ and the rest of the components were also a bit more expensive. In total it was almost 800 $. :(
