System Crash While Gaming

I just ordered a new GTX 460 2win Edition from Newegg and I also had to get a new PSU for it.

At first it didn't crash but now while I'm play BFBC2 or ArmA 2: CO I crash after 20-25 minutes of gaming.

I did some research and this is possibly due to a crap PSU. (Cooler Master GX 750W Bronze.)

After looking at Event Viewer it says that I had:
