First build advice

Hello every one i am putting together my first gaming pc and would like to know if all the parts will work together and if it will be any good.

case:Cooler Master Elite 331

cpu:Intel Core i5 2550K CPU

cpu cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro CPU Cooler

gpu: Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 Graphics Card (2GB GDDR5, Kepler Architecture, 3004MHz Memory Clock, PCI Express 3.0, NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround Ready)

mobo:Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H

psu:Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2UK Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 High Performance 650W

memory:Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz

hdd:Samsung 250GB 2.5 Inch SATA

I was also wondering would i need a better cpu cooler or psu if i got an overclocked cpu at around 4.5 GHz

Hi there pretty nice build you have going there but there are a few suggestions i have your case doesn't have good cable management options it's also made very cheap i suggest you change it also i would change the i5-2500k to i5-3570k and i would recommend you change your cpu cooler to this CPU Cooler:Thermaltake CLP0564 Frio Dual 120mm Universal CPU Cooler - LGA1366, LGA1156, LGA775, LGA2011, AM3, AM2+, AM2. Thanks for the advice if i was to change the cpu would you say this is a good deal it comes with a overclocked i5 3570k
