New build right or wrong?

I'm looking to build a new pc for general computing / gaming when I secure money for decent graphics card.

I've been looking around for a while now and made a parts list which I feel is good.. if I'm way off the mark please let me know.

I have already purchased the Samsung 830 128 SSD which I will use as my primary drive.

Could anyone suggest a Cpu cooler that would keep temps down when OC'd? and also runs silent?

And then for the HD - the WD Caviar Black is an excellent choice, but you have one of the best SSDs in the business with the Samsung 830 so you won't really notice the difference between 5400 RPM and 7200 RPM.

Otherwise everything else looks good.
