Graphics card for my tween phase.

I am in the process of rebuilding my computer.. but since I don't have money to do a full re -build. I have about $95 to spend at Amazon and of course the less I spend the better. these are my two choices...

I know they are not top of the line but which one will do the better job? current I only have 1 gb of on board memory and only 36 Stream Processors. so anything will be an improvement. thanks in advance.

If you really can only spend that much and not a dollar more, get a nVidia GT440 DDR5 or a Radeon 6670

If you can move up a bit http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-HD6770-PCI-Express-HD677XZNLC/dp/B004Z5GRVW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1340130062&sr=8-1&keywords=radeon+6770 will work.
