Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 LGA 1155 (Intel® Z68 Chipset)
Cpu : Intel core i5-2320 (6M Cache, up to 3.30 GHz)
Graphic card : Gigabyte Ati HD6850 1G DDR5
Ram : Corsair XMS3 8 GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333 MHz (CMX8GX3M2A1333C9)
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Green 1 TB SATA III
PSU : Antec 550w
Case : Antec p182
Optical drive : Asus 24X All format (DVD-RW / DVD+RW / CD-ROM / CD-RW )

That hard drive is the biggest bottleneck in that computer. Change to a 7200rpm drive.

Well its okay , my Hard drive won't effect my gaming experience , and i ran our of budget , i got everything already xD

from my search i've learned that the ram compatible with my system has to be 1333 MHZ and i ran out of money so i got what i found

It will affect gaming experience. You are talking about 2x longer waiting times overall. Same with OS.
