A Samsung 23 inch monitor
1000w psu
And I want to watercool the CPU and gpu

No reason to purchase the 2700K with the UD5H - you'll lose quite a bit of functionality. Go with the 3570k.

1KW PSU is major overkill - you'll never need anything above 750W anymore, water cooling is unnecessary unless you're getting a full custom loop. Don't bother with closed water blocks like the H100 as they're the very low end of the liquid cooling spectrum.
