nokia 5100 rapport

Hello,

I've just bought myself a nokia 5100 and it's a very good phone but i miss
one little thing:
In my earlier nokia's there was the possibility to receive an 'irapport' (to
know if the message was delivered )Therefore you had to activate a function.
But i can't find that option in the menus (and in the manual they refer to
the operator).

Can anyone help me plz?
