Will this Heatsink fit HELP!

Hello, I am building a MSI build, with a MS A75MA-G55 Motherboard, and a AMD A8-3870k Processor, And a Gigabyte 6670 2gb DDR3 Memory, I am also wanting to get a New heatsink but I dont know if the Stock will fit with the Mobo, Can someone tell me if the Stock AMD Heatsink that comes with the AMD A8-3870k will fit on the MSI A75MA-G55 with no problems

Both the Motherboard and Heatsink have the Clip thing that AMD has, it'll work fine right?

Intel and AMD brackets are different, but they both have built in clips.

yes m8 it will fit no problems as the stock cooler is designed fit fm 1 socket motherboards
