Hello again, I built a computer over the summer and installed a wireless card, the card functions correctly, but does not seem to be running fast enough. I thought the problem was my router so I purchased a new cisco 1500N router,http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... It helped my brother's iMac but not me. So after I reread the specs of my card, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... I thought it was the true problem. So If my card is stuck at 54mbps then I need to upgrade to something else I was thinking of this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... If its not the card what can i do to boost my connection? Thank you in advance.

What is your actual internet connection (adsl, cable, fiber, wimax?) and at what speed?
