Which cooler for this gaming build

These are the parts im ordering tomorrow. You will notice there is no CPU in the parts list because i am have a tough choice between two.

Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced BK014

Which one would be best to go with?

Read reviews on both. You ultimately decide which to get.

But i would lean toward the 212 EVO, if only because of its reputation as the best budget cooler you can get (which from what I'v seen is fairly accurate).

Thanks for the reply.

Ive read quite a few reviews and i was leaning towards the 212 evo due to its price. Only reason for the "be quiet" was that some reviews say that the 212 evo can be quite loud?

I'l admit I cant vouch there because I'v swapped the stock fan out and put in dual "other" fans to it. Never actually ran the stock come to think of it.

But I doubt it would be loud, anything under ~30 decibels shouldn't really be heard over background noise. It will only get that loud under full load as well, so chances are its actually quieter than that.
