FX 4100 bottlenecking GTX 680?

Hey guys!

I've recently bought a EVGA GTX 680 and it's running really cool and quiet but I'm experiencing FPS drops from 60 to 30-45 when I play BF3 maxed out.
I'm pretty sure the GTX 680 is able to handle much more than all max on BF3, is my FX-4100 bottlenecking me?

I've bought an i5 3570k but standing by as I need a 1155 socket, don't tell me to by a new one I just want to know if the issue is my graphics card or my CPU atm.

Thank you!

  1. Probably a CPU bottleneck.

You have way more GPU than CPU atm.

Great, do you think the Intel Core i5 3570k will match the 680 in performance?
