Yes everything is Compatible. Dont go Cheap with The Power Suply, Its the Heart of your Pc, If you Max the power Load on the Psu it can Burn your Cpu Motherboard and Video Card, Instead of that Go Cheap on Memory Ram and Invest on Psu.

what is your budget and what parts do you not need. the fx chips arent great for games. neither is the 7770.

Compatible, yes. Worth what you will pay? no. your best off going with the 3570k, if you cannot afford this one you might want to look at the i3 I have listed in the budget rig in my signature.
