4.4 Ghz overclock very low temps is that normal

Hey guys I was browsing youtube and i saw this video. That guy had overclocked an intel core i5 3570k to 4.4 ghz without touching the voltage but at 100% load the temperatures he got were under 55 celsius which is very low for such a clock. Is that normal because I want to do it too!!!

I forgot to mention that he was using the Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo which is not a high end cpu cooler

Hyper 212 Evo is a very good CPU cooler.

I got mine 4.3 Ghz stable at stock voltages with hyper evo 212....temperatures the same
