4.4 Ghz overclock very low temps is that normal

Hey guys I was browsing youtube and i saw this video. That guy had overclocked an intel core i5 3570k to 4.4 ghz without touching the voltage but at 100% load the temperatures he got were under 55 celsius which is very low for such a clock. Is that normal because I want to do it too!!!

I forgot to mention that he was using the Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo which is not a high end cpu cooler
  2. Hyper 212 Evo is a very good CPU cooler.
  3. I got mine 4.3 Ghz stable at stock voltages with hyper evo 212....temperatures the same
  4. Don't let the 212's price fool you it is still one of the best performing air coolers on the market. So good it out performs 95% of pre manufactured closed loop liquid set-ups such as the corsair H-50.
