At the end of the month I want to upgrade my computer. Okay, so I have a budget of 500AUD and want to upgrade my processor, motherboard, ram, graphics card and PSU.. I know, I'm pretty much building a new computer :p
The use for the computer is (hopefully) to get around 40fps on Battlefield 3 low graphics at least. These prices are from PLE computers, and I would prefer to get all components there. Will these specs work? Are there any bottlenecks? (Sorry I'm quite new to this)

GPU: XFX HD7770 DUAL FAN BLACK EDITION -
PSU: XFX CORE EDITION 650W 80PLUS PSU -

Tossing between:
Choice [a]:
Intel i5 2320 @3.0GHz
with ASROCK H61M-HVS B3 DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD
TEAM 8GB KIT DDR3 XTREEM DARK
Choice :
AMD BULLDOZER FX-4100 @3.6GHz
ASUS M5A78L-M LX-PLUS DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD

These are very close/overbudget, can I please get some help deciding?
Suggestions are welcome :)
Thank you all!

EDIT:
My budget has increased to $2000 Australian dollars, what does everyone think of these specs?
Thortech thunderbolt 650W 80PLUS gold Modular PSU,
Corsair cooling hydro h100 (For overclocking)
Western Digital Caviar Black HDD 1TB
G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) ARES C10 @1866MHz
Intel i5 3570k (Will overclock from 3.4GHz to 4GHz at least)
ASUS Maxmus V Motherboard
Gigabyte GTX670 OC Edition
Bitfenix raider black gaming case

That comes to a total of $1976, if I include the peripherals. Is there anything I should swap out? Will the card fit in the case?

Thanks again! :)

Those are good choices and choice A is definitely better, but I'd aim for a better GPU like 7850.

Or an HD 6870 if that keeps you closer to your budget.
