PC to TV Connection problem: Image blinking in and out

I have a high end computer (custom made) hooked up to a LCD TV with a DVI/HDMI cable (DVI connection on one side to HDMI connection on the other) connected to another HDMI cable via coupling. With the size of our room and setup, the cable stretches 120 ft. around the edge of the room. The Image is clear but it keeps cutting in and out. any idea why?

possibly due to signal loss, may need some kind of booster.

I'm having the exact, same issue..................any luck w/ the reccomendations you've received so far?
