CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ??
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Storage: Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Arc Midi Tower ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: antec earth watts 650 platnium psu
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS90 DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit)

Will be putting together this build in a few months I would like some advice on motherboard recommendations.

I will NOT be adding another vid card in SLI.

I do want and LGA 1155 Z77 chip set with at least 1 pcie 3.0 x16 vid card slot.

I most likely will not be overclocking but having the option in case I decide to try and learn how to do it might be nice to have for the future but not a requirement.

max cost I can spend is $150.00 USA or less would be nice also.

I have never built my own computer before so noob friendly bios would be nice also.

id get something like a gigabyte z77x-ud3h instead for the motherboard if you are going to get the extreme 4.

id also get the samsung 830 128gb given that it is cheaper than the crucial at newegg

id get the fractal define r4 instead given its silence

id also get something like a xfx 550w psu instead. you dont need 650w

so I am looking at 3 options all about same price with same good and bad reviews. Is it just a matter of personal preference or are there some real pros and cons I can look at somewhere? They all seem to have what I need so maybe it just doesn't matter and Ill just pick the one that goes on sale first.

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155

Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155
