RAM\GPU Options <$300 budget 1.5 weeks to buy

Here is what I have bought so far:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
Mobo: Asrock Extreme4 z77
CASE: Rosewill Challenger u3
Monitorell P2412H 24" x 2 (1080)
PSU: CORSAIR CX600w
SSD: SAMSUNG 830 128GB
HD: Seagate Barracuda XT ST32000641AS 2TB
RAM: TBD
GPU: TBD

Saying that I have roughly less than $300 in my budget to buy RAM and GPU. I mainly game and will be playing mostly Guild Wars 2. What would you recommend me buy with that budget?

if you can wait a few weeks the nvidia 650 cards will be out. there be in the 150.00 price range. then you caqn toss in 8 gig ram kit and be all set.

Thanks, I was debating between that 7850 and the 6970 wasnt sure if the gain was worth the extra $$ but it looks like it just might be. I might wait till next weeks release of the 6xx series and see if that forces any changes in prices. Thanks everyone!
