3570k and GTX670 or 680 bottleneck?

3570k bottleneck niether gpu even at stock speed.

what if i5 is at 4.5GHz and the 670 is overclocked a little?

as i told you keep the 3570k at stock speed and put the GTX 680 then overclock the gpu as much as you can still not bottleneck. Niether gpu can be bottleneck by 2500k and 3570k. You can do a 4 way sli of 680's though.

4.5Ghz is way too much.

4.5 GHz on an IB chip will need superb cooling.

I don't understand the "bottleneck" question in this context..... a 680 will top out with a fps in the low 40's .... is that a bottleneck for the 680 ?

BF3 will drop from its single player fps in the low 60's when in multi-player mode, is that a bottleneck for the 3570 ?
