Hello,
hp 840 c printer is not available for window 7 why? if we have no internet, can i install manually.

Unless the Windows 7 drivers are on the HP disk that cam with the printer, you would have to download them somehow. Maybe take a small USB thumb drive to an internet cafe if available?

Install the Windows 7 in-Operating System (in-OS) print driver

When you connect your printer to the computer, Windows 7 detects the hardware and automatically installs the correct driver. A notification lets you know when installation begins and when it is complete.

You do not have to download any software or insert the product CD.
