Hi,

I'll cut to the chase: I play BF3 on 1080p.

My specs:
Intel i5-760 | Intel p55wb | Kingston 8GB | Sapphire 6870 | WD 1T green | Hec 500vn 2dx | Compucase 6k31

I'm planning on:
*Getting a second 6870 for xfire purposes. obviously i'd have to replace my case (probably Antec 1100) and MBoard.
*Overclock the cpu.

My questions are:
1. What MBoard would you guys recommend on?
2. Is my power supply enough for all that?

Thanks

So you guys say that it doesn't pay off?
Even if I can get the second 6780 real cheap (a friend)?

It's a real dilemma for me cause I wanna OC my cpu as well, so I have to look for a better p55 MB anyway.

What are your thoughts?

sell the 6870 and get a better card.

Upgrade and do a crossfire 6870 and purchase a new PSU.

Thanks for your answers.

One last question though:
If I want to start off by OCing my cpu only (and put off the xfire plans by that), what MB should I look for?

Will the Intel DP55WG do (for example) ?

Sorry I didn't see that you had the LGA 1156, if thats the case than there really isn't anything that would be a worthy upgrade.

Whats wrong with the MOBO you have?

The one you have is different, the one I showed you is an overclocking SLI/Crossfire motherboard
