That's not true, the amount of cores they use depends on who programmed it.

it's good for gaming but spending like $20 more for a fx 6xxx is better
  26. no its like 12 dollars more but the fx 4300 139 dollars and i want to get a water cpu cooler for $75 h60

lol Not just your overpaying for a H60 but why would you not get custom water cooling?

why water cooling if it's only a h60 then like a 120m heatsink can be better

or he could get a intel i5 and stillbeat the living hell outta that fx in gaming.
  32. i really dunno hes supposed to have a veteran status here except hes trolling and asking the most non logical questions when clearly we have given him good answers,

to why he keeps on wanting the fx, maybe has a brainslug in his brain, like fry had in futurama.

the i5 can be better but you would most likely need a good gpu for it to matter

  38. give me peacan pie with triple fudge whip-cream, or no pie for u -_-
  39. well i was going for i5 overclocking with this build and with this motherboard ASROCK z77 Pro4-m motherboard with i5 2500k but then i got told that board is crap
  40. that board is fine asrock is like asus but cheaper but doesnt mean less good, that board is decent for the price and u have trolled ur way into nothingness seriously.

why ask for help when u dont even take the advice we give u,

    u def have a brainslug.
  41. the only reason was becasue i unsure what to go for and with that i wanted to get 47 ghz on that board but then i go told that the vrms heat up to quick so that why i was wondering if i should get for amd for gaming and im taking all the suggestion and im NOT TROLLING
  42. thats why u havent listened to the top ones, most say i5 is more economic and better for ur wallet and still u want to spend more on a slower cpu,

    brainslug!
  43. well since i can get this ASROCK z77 Pro4-m motherboard $50 and i5 2500k bid on ebay so will go for a i5 cpu for sure i promsie
  44. just do it, its like the best for the price, and will knock the hell outta any amd chip garanteed,

    its a no brainer dude.
  45. yea man sorry to be a pain
  46. well this is the longest thread probably in toms hardware history, just for sakes of it.

like u should of took my advice like 50 posts ago lol.
  47. lol yeah sry icelock
