Getting sound back to HDMI

I have a sapphire 6850 in the computer i built and when i first turned it on the sound was coming through my monitor speakers via HDMI cable. I was able to change this so it came through the audio jacks on my mobo with no problem, but now, i have my computer connected to a 32" TV via HDMI and i can't seem to figure out how to make the audio go back to HDMI and play through my TB. The only device listed in "playback devices" is the Realtek digital output, and from what i've read on other forums it should have a "HDMI" selection, which isnt there. Any ideas?

The HDMI selection would be for the built in Audio on your GPU make sure you have the drivers installed. Check in device manager if there.

I checked in the "device manager" and tried to update, but it already has the most recent update. Any idea how to get into the settings to turn the sound on through the GPU? I've been trying everything. And would it reset it if i uninstalled my GPU and reinstalled it?
