I tried to load Nortion Antivirus and it killed my internet and mail connections. Tried all the read me on their site and nothing. Finally I uninstalled and got the internet connection back, still working on mail. I connect with a cable modem on the @Home network.

Running Xp and a cable modem on the @home network and had no problems at all, what version of Norton Antivirus are you using?

You have to use Norton Anti-Virus 2002 in XP or it will give you problems.

Yup, the newer version should work with XP with no problems.
