High CPU temperatures

Hello,
I recently built my first computer, and I'm getting what I believe to be and have to told to be high CPU temperatures. I have the i5 2500k using the stock fan. I'm getting temperatures of 60-70 degrees when just playing minecraft. When just browsing I'm getting anywhere between 40-50. I have the Thermaltake armor revo, and my motherboard is running at 28 degrees. So, are my CPU temperatures a tad high? If so, what could be wrong?

re cement the cpu

Safe operating temp for that CPU is about 90 degrees. I'd start worrying if it ever hit 85.
