No. Only dual socket boards with LGA 2011.

Not 3770k's, I don't believe, but there are plenty of motherboards that'll let you run dual Xeon processors.

That being said, why do you want this? In 99% of all situations, it's a HORRIBLE waste of money.

You don't even need a 3770K. Why bother?

Hey! Pentium 4 isn't too shabby, I'm not saying downgrade to one xD But a 3770K is very unnecessary, I recommend 2500K/3570K to most people, but for those with old systems, I say use 'em ;3

focus more on the GPU when it comes to gaming as stated above the 2500k is very good cpu which is good value and doesnt bottle neck your system

The vast majority of games only use 2 cores. So having 12 cores in total 10 of them will be idling the vast majority of the time. There are not that many games that can use more than 2 cores. How many? Dunno. Maybe 20 games? And I am being very optimistic.

Battlefield 3 is one of them, but only in multiplayer mode.

2 GTX 680's would be cheaper and outperform it.
