Is It Good Gaming PC for $1200 budget?

Budget Range: $1000-$1200

System Usage from Most to Least Important: GAMING is most important

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com, amazon.com

Location: California/ Los Angeles

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: Yes (preferably SLI)

Your Monitor Resolution: I have 1920x1080

Additional Comments: THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BUILDING A PC, help me out here guys ^^; i want to figure out if i will be lacking or have too much of power on my PSU of my build and whether its a good idea to get a pre-contained liquid cooling system. i want to know if some of those components can be replaced with a cheaper AND good quality one. Overall, i wanna find out if everything is compatible with each other

GTX 660 ti 2GB <----- this card is due for release on August 16th and est. retail is $300. Wait to see the benchmarks for that card before getting a vid card. A 650w psu should easily push two of those cards in SLI.
