Can I run BattleField 3 on XFX ATI Radeon HD 4670?

Hello,
I am planning to buy XFX ATI Radeon HD 4670.

Can I run battleField 3 with this card?

If no then which card should i buy?

NOTE THAT i cannot spend more than Rs.5000 INR
( $ 84 USD ) for the graphics card and i cannot afford
to buy new MotherBoard of PSU.

I don't have PSU that can power up DX11 cards so i cannot buy these cards.
But what about HD 4670 can it be able to run that game at lowest settings?

it is a 20-25% upgrade from hd 4670 and will play bf3 @ 720p with medium settings
also i advise that you upgrade your processor before you upgrade your gfx card for optimal performance

by the way, Radeon HD 6670 is replacement for 5670 by AMD, I think it is more better and will work fine!
but with the same processor i.e., AMD athlon X2 240 2.81 Ghz how it will work?
