I have recently been given a Acer Aspire 3680 laptop computer. When I got it, It had the FBI Money Pack Virus. I was successful in removing it and in the process found that the BFE and Windows firewall were missing. Once I got that repaired I was trying to get the Bluetooth system working but I keep running in to a dead end.
It is an Acer Aspire 3680 running, Windows Vista home basic Service pack 2, Intel Celeron M CPU 440@1.87 GHz, has 2.00 GB ram, and is a 32-bit Operating System.
I can't even get the Bluetooth light on the switch to light up.
I can't pair any device with it.
Is there a driver just for the Bluetooth?
Should I see a Bluetooth device in the device manager?
Is this a hardware or a software problem?
I thank you in advance for all of your help!
