Hello,
I am using a Belkin N300 router and a netgear N150 wireless adapter with windows 7, it says the signal strenght is excellent but it takes days to open a web page or look at my emails. Whats gone wrong

Try an online speed test to start, reset your router back to factory and then set it up in mixed mode, check the Win 7 config and NIC drivers, download a TCP optimizer for Win7.
