First Build. Help is appreciated.

My budget is 600-700 CAD but I would very much like it if it was closer to the 600 side or possibly even less because I still have to buy the Windows 7. I wish to game on it, but I'm not a hardcore gamer. Therefore, I would rather not downgrade other aspects of the computer to simply get an super expensive video card. I don't need to overclock or anything. It's mainly surfing the web and stuff. Just hoping that the set up would last for awhile. If the other parts are unnecessarily expensive or can be switched for better ones can you please suggest alternatives. I'm most likely buying my stuff from NewEgg as well.
