Failing psu?

My computer recently started to make this sound right after turning on. If i just leave it alone it stops after a couple of minutes, but its kind of worrying me.

Sounds like the PSU's cooling fan bearing is worn out or it's lost most of its lubricating film.

If the PSU's cooling fan seizes up altogether it will most likely cause the PSU to overheat or even lead to its failure.

Fan bearing , best to get a new PSU before it seizes . Is the PSU still under warranty ? If yes contact the manufacturer , they might send you a new improved unit . Ultra replaced my old 550 watt PSU (after 3 years , fan made noise like yours ) with a new 600 watt psu , Antec sent me an upgraded PSU after (4 years) my antec went bad .
