There is really nothing you can upgrade to. The only CPU that will work according to Acer's website is:

AMD V Series processor V120 (512 KB L2 cache, 2.20 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 25 W)

Even if you could upgrade it really wouldn't be worth it.
